Community
It is our primary responsibility to educate the public about how to enjoy alcohol legally and responsibly. We have sponsored Safety Cab programs throughout the years and sponsored an array of community events providing free cab services to patrons. We strive to expand our responsibility programs in partnership with the Columbus, Georgia, community and our partners and clients.
Together with wholesalers, retailers, educators, parents, law enforcement officials and you, we can continue the progress we’ve already made. Our efforts continue by encouraging adults to pledge to drink responsibly and share their commitment with family and friends. This is our world, and these are our roads and our families, and it’s our collective responsibility to help everyone stay safe.
Community Safety
B&B Beverage Co. is a proud sponsor of safety programs, such as sponsoring programs providing cab rides to patrons throughout the year. Once a year, we bring in guest speaker, Linda Dutil, R.N., an emergency room nurse from Maine to educate junior high school and high school students about the importance of making good decisions about alcohol and drugs through a program called “Taste of Reality.”
Environmental Awareness
B&B Beverage Co. also places an emphasis on environmental awareness by participating in community projects such as Clean The Hooch, Habitat for Humanity, community recycling programs and more. To support water conservation, our staff takes part in a fun “clean shave” program, where we allow our employees to grow a beard for the month to bring awareness to community water conservation.
Folds of Honor
Each year, B&B Beverage Co. contributes to support the Folds of Honor Foundation and its mission to give back to the spouses and children of soldiers killed or disabled in service to our country. This donation is our way of saying thank you to our veterans and their families, and honoring their sacrifices made for our freedom.
